Sales Terms And Conditions
- Items are delivered within the following business day, provided the order is received prior to 4:00pm.
There are certain exceptions, most notably, furniture items.
Please note that all items, with the exception of those listed below, may be returned within one week from the original date of invoice, provided they are in
their original packaging, in good condition, and sealed whenever applicable (such as ink cartridges and toners). The following, however, may NOT be returned:
- Any customized items.
- All furniture and office equipment items
- Any out-of-catalogue items
EZ Order Office Supplies reserves the right to refuse any returns which it deems do not fall within the above guidelines.
It is highly recommended that the original packaging of cartridges and toners are retained for proof of authenticity in case of any unforeseen product defects.
Please note that most furniture items require longer than 24 hours for delivery. Furthermore, many of these items are delivered unassembled. If you
require assembly of these items, please indicate so and allow an extra 48 hours.
Also note that items are subject to availability, which may invariably impose some delays in certain instances.
